Synapxix is an interactive educational platform that combines artificial intelligence (AI) and gamification to generate personalized learning profiles for children aged 8 to 10. The privacy, security, and well-being of children and their families are our top priority. We comply with major international data protection regulations: COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, USA), GDPR-K (General Data Protection Regulation for Kids, European Union), and the applicable Personal Data Protection Law in each country where we operate.
This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.
Data is used exclusively to: create personalized learning profiles, offer adaptive educational experiences, generate reports for parents and teachers, improve content effectiveness through AI, and comply with child protection and security regulations. We do not use data for advertising, commercial, or external monetization purposes.
Before a child can access the game or platform, verified parental consent is required via email or a secure portal. Parents may approve, restrict, or revoke permissions at any time. Any change in data processing triggers a new consent request.
Parents can at any time: request access, correction, or deletion of data; withdraw consent and deactivate the child’s profile; download the child’s educational history; or contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@synapxix.com.
We implement advanced technical and organizational measures to protect data: end-to-end encryption, role-based access control (authorized personnel only), periodic internal audits, secure backups, and anonymization of sensitive data.
We may update this policy to reflect improvements or legal changes. Parents will receive prior notification and may accept or reject the new terms.
